After leaving school and gaining a City & Guilds in Carpentry and Bench joinery, the owner of Glyme Construction worked for a small local building company specialising in refurbishment work and new builds. All aspects of the builds were carried out by team which enabled Marcus to develop and learn new skills in the construction industry for with this company for over 7 years. This then led on to new opportunities including becoming a foreman and leading teams on major projects including hotels and large housing developments.
After 20 years he decided to branch out independently, with a highly skilled workforce created, Glyme Construction was established.
Our portfolio includes building and renovating domestic dwellings and also working alongside local Estate Management companies to help maintain and renovate beautiful buildings set in the Oxfordshire countryside.
